Advanced Practice, Sundays 12 - 2pm (see below for dates)
Join Mikhayla Harrell for a re-introduction to a deeper practice of asana, pranayama, and community. Sundays from 12-2 pm at Balance Yoga and Wellness this fall. Warm up with a heated flow and then grow into intermediate and advanced poses with acumen, grace and creative expression. Learn more about alignment, mudras, and visualizations to take you deeper and further into your personal proactive and shared yogic experience. Come prepared to sweat, laugh and try new things. We know it has been a long year of hibernation, we will start slow and grow our strength back as a collective. Prerequisites include a weekly yoga practice with strong backbending and experience with inversions.
