Intro to Yoga: Foundations with Jessica Blanchard

This six week series focuses on learning to breathe, and to use the breath to move into and out of postures. We will spend time each week breaking down postures and learning correct alignment. Over the course of the six weeks you will learn a short sequence of postures that can be done anywhere anytime. This series is designed to enable you to be stronger and more confident in Mysore, Vinyasa and Guided Ashtanga Classes. Appropriate for complete beginners and those wishing to deepen their knowledge of alignment, yogic breathing and the vinyasa system. Book now.
