Have you been curious about the Mysore method? Are you new to yoga? Ready to rekindle your practice or try something new?

In this intro workshop, your teacher starts with the basics.

  • Start with a group - you’re in a group with other new students, you grow together and develop a sense of community.
  • Learn safely - you start with classes that are meant for beginners, with modifications for injury and body type.  We meet you where you are and encourage open dialogue and communication.

Intro to Ashtanga

Join our two day Intro to Ashtanga workshop, designed to make Ashtanga yoga approachable, even for a true beginner.

You'll learn about breathing, focus, and the foundations of yoga. Classes will introduce Sun Salutations and the standing postures of the Ashtanga Primary Series.

You will leave this workshop with  the foundation you need to make the Ashtanga method your own. You’ll learn modifications to suit your needs and develop the confidence to dive into Mysore classes.
