The New Year is the time to turn over a new leaf and be kind to yourself! Our Beginners Series are designed to help you to get the kick-start that you need in a supportive and welcoming environment.
New to yoga? Looking to re-ignite your yoga practice? This course is perfect for you. Over 6 weeks we will learn correct breathing, how to integrate our breathing with our movement. We will learn basic yogic postures and put them together into a dynamic sequence. We will also look at common ways that people get injured while doing yoga. Jessica will also introduce you to the yoga philosophy and how it has the potential to transform lives (as it did to hers!).
Cost: $66 for 6 week course if booked by 12/31/12; $72 otherwise. No class meeting on Febuary 11th.
