Practice with Purpose: Yang to Yin Yoga with

**Balance Yoga & YEAH! YOGA Community Class**
Begin with an energizing and dynamic asana practice before quieting the mind with longer held passive yin poses. This combination helps invigorate and settle both body and mind. 75 minutes. All levels welcome, though basic prior experience with yoga is recommended for the yang portion of class.Come practice, share space and raise awareness and support for YEAH! YOGA (Youth Empowerment and Healing) —a New Orleans nonprofit sharing trauma-informed, healing-centered yoga and mindfulness with youth impacted by the juvenile justice system.
This is a donation-based class (suggested: $10 / $20 / $50).
$10 - every dollar helps
$20 - provides a yoga mat for a youth in our program.
$50 - funds a YEAH! YOGA teacher to teach a class.
