New Fall Schedule

Starting Tuesday, September 6th,  our new Fall Schedule includes all your current favorites plus:

New Classes:

Tuesdays 4:30 – 6pm Family Gardening, Yoga & Kitchen with Anne McNamee –
Explore yoga through the gardening, asana and ayurveda. Anyone welcome — bring your children of all ages! Each week we will learn a new garden technique, build a personal/family yoga practice, and explore Ayurvedic recipes to learn to live a Balanced lifestyle. Donation-based class!

Thursdays 4:30-5:45pm Community Vinyasa with Chloe Raub
Fridays 7-8:30am Guided Primary Series with Melissa Clark
Saturdays 8:30-9:45am Beginners Ashtanga with Gabi Fernandez
