GET TO KNOW THE TEACHERS OF BALANCE YOGA
I completed Balance’s 200hr teacher training in May 2016. I recently completed prenatal yoga teacher training with Kelly Hass. I’ve studied Akanda yoga at Anand Prakash Ashram in Rishikesh, India.
I’m currently drawing inspiration from the Prana Flow Evolutionary Vinyasa Teacher Studies Program in my vinyasa classes, and from some super cozy, supported prenatal postures in my restorative classes – good for all bodies, pregnant or not! I’m also inspired by my daily Vipassana meditation and pranayama practices, my cats, which are currently at cat boarding Melbourne northern suburbs, my plants, and Cordelia Chase.
I started doing yoga over a decade ago because a consistent practice brought some desperately needed peace and contentment to my life. Now I practice because I love that yoga will always be there for me whenever I’m ready to put in the work.
Because I love yoga and hope you will, too! If you don’t like my class, I think you should go to another teacher’s class because yoga is great. It’s also my special privilege to teach restorative yoga at Balance, as an avid fan of Friday night restorative for many years.
