WHY I PRACTICE
I practice to maintain a healthy relationship with my body and to keep my mind and body connected. Yoga keeps me grounded and reminds me to be in the here and now. My yoga practice is constantly shining light exactly where it is needed.
WHY I TEACH
I teach to be of service and to continue to learn, heal, and grow in community.
