We’ve created the challenge so you can jump start your yoga practice. 

Reap the benefits of a consistent yoga practice in a safe environment with the support of your yoga community. The challenge kicks off after our Intro to Mysore Workshop so that new students can join.

Tap into the decades of wisdom of your yoga community to revolutionize your health. Befriend your mind and support your body by committing to up your yoga game.  

  • Assess where you are currently and imagine where you’d like to be. 
  • Commit to challenging yourself to up your yoga game. We suggest a daily yoga practice:)

Joining the 2020 Yoga Challenge includes

  • Support in your yoga and meditation for the duration of the challenge.
  • Kick off meeting January 4th at 3:15pm.  You’ll make a commitment to the challenge and meet other participants and teachers.
  • Weekly motivational emails from senior Balance Yoga Teachers to keep you motivated and on track.
  • Stickers! We set up a calendar for each participant. You put a sticker by your name each time you come to class.
  • The chance to win a surprise gift from Balance Yoga. The student who comes to the most classes gets a wellness package!
  • We suggest one class per day maximum. Meditation classes count towards the challenge too.
  • A clear path to accomplish your health goals!
