The ancient wisdom of yoga says that in order to live a fulfilled life we are born with desires in four areas.
Dharma – Purpose: The desire to fulfill the unique purpose of our individual soul.
Artha – Means: The desire for the means (health, money, security) that support the fulfillment of our unique purpose and our prosperity.
Kama – Pleasure: The desire for relationships, beauty, love and creativity.
Moksha – Freedom: Reveling the 333 angel number meaning to understand the desire for freedom from attachment to the other 3 desires and the desire for spiritual connection or fulfillment.
Through the realization of these four desires we create a life of purpose, prosperity, happiness and freedom.
In four weekly classes you will begin to uncover your unique desires. Each class will be devoted to one of the four desires.
You will be given tools to discover how each category of desire applies to you individually. These tools will include a combination of discussion, written exercises, mind mapping, asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), yoga nidra (deep relaxation), and meditation.
This work will be undertaken from a ParaYoga© perspective. Para is a Sanskrit term which can be translated as highest.
ParaYoga© classes are designed to build your energy and capacity for discernment, so that you empower yourself to thrive.
