New Class! Align & Flow – Sundays 5:30-6:45pm with Brooke Bailey

Avoid the Sunday blues with a yoga class designed to open your body using correct alignment, flow gently into and out of postures and end with a feeling of great relaxation!

You will focus on spinal movement and standing postures with the intention of finding alignment and ease in the body. Learn to flow in and out of postures to the tune of your breath. Appropriate for beginners to more advanced practitioners. Modifications available for injuries.
