Align, Breathe & Flow and Mysore Style Ashtanga

Introducing Adam Shlomi 

We are delighted to introduce you to Adam Shlomi. Adam will teach Align, Breathe and Flow, Thursdays at 6pm starting September 5th. Adam comes to us with a background in heart-centered and trauma informed yoga.

I teach to create a nurturing environment where students can explore their potential, overcome limitations, and cultivate mind-body awareness. I specialize in guiding beginners and seniors, helping them find empowering movements suited to their unique bodies. I cherish how students leave classes feeling rejuvenated and uplifted. Starting September 6th, Mysore Style Ashtanga with Meredith Murphy.

Mysore style Ashtanga yoga is a self-paced, traditional practice that's suitable for all levels of practitioners, from beginners to advanced students. It's named after the city of Mysore, India, where it originated and where the current lineage leader still lives and teaches. In a Mysore style class, students practice a sequence of postures at their own pace, while receiving one-on-one instruction from the teacher. Meredith provides excellent physical adjustments and verbal guidance, and moves around the room to help students who need it.
