Lorraine Fauve will take over Thursdays 6pm as we wish Adam the best. He received a full scholarship to NYU and will say goodbye to our community. We wish him the best as he pursues his mission to help small businesses grow and thrive.
Build the strength and flexibility needed for more challenging postures with these yoga drills. We’ll warm up with a few sun salutations, feel the burn in targeted areas with strength focused postures, and hold stretches longer for deeper flexibility. Boat pose, chaturanga, dolphin pose here we come! Be prepared to sweat. We’ll be revisiting a similar sequence for a few weeks at a time so we can begin to see change and mastery before moving on to a new set of challenging postures and yoga drills.
