Laura studied Vipassana Meditation at Tushita Meditation Centre in Dharamsala, India, and completed the Charm City Yoga 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Kim Manfredi in Baltimore, MD. She has studied Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Prenatal, and Restorative Yoga, and has worked with students with injuries and seniors.
