Turn inward and celebrate the longest night of the year as we transition to winter with a 90-minute candlelit Yin Yoga practice led by Victoria. The winter solstice marks the turn from fall into winter and brings forth the Yin transition to Yang, allowing for inward reflection and opening the possibility of new creation and rebirth. The practice of Yin Yoga involves extended holds of asana postures, relaxing the muscles in order to move into the connective tissues and deeper fascial layers of the body. This class is suitable for all levels of students. Beginners are always welcome!
