This week my goal is to eat better on the weekends and get reinspired to continue with yoga plus other forms of exercise (running, lifting weights, etc.).
I have been doing well with the healthy eating part of the challenge, but I’m having difficulties getting myself to yoga, especially when work starts getting busy. So this last week I’m focusing on my goal to go to three yoga classes. If I can’t get up early enough to go to the Mysore class, I will go to one of the classes later in the morning.
I have so much more energy since doing yoga and eating mo’ betta! I am going to go for adding more fruits this week. My veggie routine is boring but I am eating them. Thanks for the
encouragement, everyone.
My goal (again) is to drink less coffee, not because I think it is that bad for you, but because my afternoon lattes are replacing more nutritious things that I should be eating.
My goal is to continue my healthy eating habits gained so far (less refined sugars, lots more veggies), and not have any meat at all this week. Solely plant-based proteins for me!
I am sorry I have been slacking! This new job is kicking my butt! My goal for last week was to incorporate a new protein into my meals. I’ve bought tempeh now 3x!! I love it! This week my goal was to eat out less, and prepare more healthy meals from instead of getting yucky sushi from the hospital. Hope everyone is having a wonderful week!
