Balance Yoga & VINYASA YOGA
CERTIFICATIONS
I have been practicing vinyasa yoga since 2017 and working on the ashtanga primary series for the past year. I completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training at Balance Yoga & Wellness in 2022.
MY INSPIRATION
I am inspired by grace, strength, acceptance, perseverance, and stillness. My asana practice is influenced by hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, and functional mobility.
WHY I PRACTICE
I started practicing yoga in college and developed a regular practice shortly after. I found that the routine and community grounded me through many transitional times as well as times of contentedness. I appreciate the constant challenge to stay present with my breath and body. I like that practicing yoga provides space to constantly learn how to navigate in the world.
WHY I TEACH
I enjoy sharing my practice and contributing towards a community that has given me so much fulfillment. I hope to meet my students where they are at, to support them, and to push them to explore their asana practice. I am excited to follow my dharma, taking my yoga journey to a new chapter by joining the amazing teachers at Balance.
