Release Dense Energy, Initiate Deep Healing & Reclaim Your Inner Resiliency

Clear out negative energy and transition into your weekend with a 90-minute Yin and Reiki class.
Students will be guided through a yin practice: passive, longer-held postures that will be held for 2-10 minutes, targeting the deepest tissues of the body (our connective tissues) and providing a release of the fascia to increase circulation, improve flexibility, and activate our energy pathways.
Students will also receive the healing and relaxing benefits of Reiki Energy. Reiki (an ancient Japanese energy healing technique), provides deep relaxation and works with each person's individual energy to help heal from the inside out. Students can receive the benefits of Reiki Energy Healing with or without physical touch, and options of hands on or hands off Reiki will be available.
Props will be available, but you may also bring your own bolster, blanket, blocks, and strap.
Sink into this nourishing practice and sink back into yourself and awaken your inner resiliency.
About the Teachers
Victoria McIntyre, 200-RYT
After practicing yoga for over a decade, I completed a 200-hour yoga training and have since completed additional training in Yin Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine and yoga, hands-on assists, and am in the process of completing an additional 100-hour training in yin, restorative yoga, and myofascial release.
Kristen Donat, Usui/Holy Fire 3® Reiki Master Teacher:
I've worked with Reiki since 2015, since that time I've trained with 3 different teachers to learn how to work with, share and teach Reiki. I have over 10 years of experience holding group healing spaces and am a Certified Spiritual Life Coach.
