Let me guess.
You want the benefits that a consistent yoga practice delivers. The calm mind, the strong body, the lack of aches and pains…
You want all that for yourself.
But when you attend a yoga class or two per week, you’re missing out on much of yoga’s benefits. Sure, after a class you feel better but you’re not seeing the big changes that you’d like in the rest of your life.

Are you ready to transform your relationship to your yoga practice and to boost your health?
It’s time to change your yoga story. And here’s how you do it.

A Mysore Yoga Challenge mimics what it’s like to be in Mysore, India where you practice yoga 5-6 days per week. Step up your yoga game, you can let go of excuses and mind games.
Making a commitment to practice yoga almost every day, you’ll be amazed at how incredible you feel.
You’ll make a plan and a commitment that you can keep.
You’ll have the support of the Balance teachers and community.
How it works:
If you complete the challenge by attending 20 classes by November 6th, you get the prizes:
