Practical Magic for a Pandemic
Coping with Quarantine in Weird Ways?
Things are different and it’s easy to feel odd.
But that doesn’t mean we have to lose track of what matters.
I'm teaching a condensed version of my Wheel of the Year Workshop specifically dedicated to Optimum Wellness and Emotional Health through Witchcraft while social distancing and preparing for re-entry. These health oriented spells and tricks will help you:
● Tap into your Creativity & Follow Through
● Manage feelings of Uncertainty & Anxiety
● Find a Work from Home Balance
● Learn the Basics of Astrology
● Understand and use Cosmic Rhythm
● Feel Connected to People Again
We’ll meet online for initial Introductions and Instructions, then get started with an at-home interactive workbook to assess your values and habits. Get personal clarity through a 1-on-1session scheduled at your convenience. We will meet as a group two more times to check in, dig deeper and share skills for building a balanced relationship with your circadian rhythm, sense of motivation and spirituality.
